Key words: Information System, Organizational requirements, Human requirements, Technical requirements, Competitive advantage. | | Résumé : | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة متطلبات نجاح نظام المعلومات (المتطلبات التنظيمية، البشرية، والفنية) كأداة لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولتجسيد ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة –سطيف-، بحيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية من أفراد المؤسسة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه تتوفر مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة على متطلبات نجاح نظام المعلومات بمستوى مرتفع، وعلى ميزة تنافسية كذلك بمستوى مرتفع، وأظهرت كذلك النتائج أنه هناك علاقة بين متطلبات نجاح نظام المعلومات بأبعاده الثلاثة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة.
Abstract
The study aimed to know the contribution of the requirements for the success of the information system (organizational, human, and technical requirements) as tool to acheive a competitive advantage for economic enterprise. It was distributed to a random sample of the institution.
The study concluded that Ain Al-kabira Cement-Setif- corporation meets the requirements for the success of the information system at a high level, and also has a competitive advantage at a high level. The results also showed that there is a relationship between the requirements for the success of the information system in its three dimensions and the acheivment of the competitive advantage in the institution.
