Keywords: Continuous Improvement Kaisen, Contemporary Business Environment, Excellence, Competitive Advantages | | Résumé : | يعد التحسين المستمر الكايزن من اهم المواضيع التي يجب على المؤسسات أن توليها اهتماما بالغا، خاصة في ظل بيئة الأعمال المعاصرة التي تشهد تغيرات وتطورات كبيرة، الأمر الذي يحتم على المؤسسات أن تضعه ضمن أولوياتها إذا أرادت تحقيق التميز والتفوق في ظل المنافسة الشديدة.
وقد هدفت دراستنا هذه إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق منهج التحسين المستمر الكايزن في تحقيق مزايا تنافسية، ومن اجل إثبات دراستنا فقد قمنا بالاستعانة باستمارات الاستبيان التي قمنا بتوزيعها على الإطارات العليا في 12 مؤسسة صناعية الناشطة بالمنطقة الصناعية سطيف، ومن اجل تحليل النتائج واختبار صحة الفرضيات تم الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS.
وقد توصلت دراستنا هذه إلى أن هناك إدراك من قبل المؤسسات بالأثر الكبير للتحسين المستمر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمختلف أبعادها، وتبين لنا كذلك من خلال دراستنا أن هناك بوادر من المؤسسات الصناعية لتبني منهج التحسين المستمر الكايزن في مختلف مجالاتها وأنشطتها.
Summary
Continuous improvement, Kai Zen, Is one of the most important topics that organizations should give significant attention to, especially in the modern business environment characterized by significant changes and developments. This necessitates that organizations prioritize it if they aim to achieve excellence and succeed amidst fierce competition.
Our study aimed to explore the impact of implementing the continuous improvement Kaizen methodology in achieving competitive advantages. To validate our study, we distributed questionnaires to senior executives in 12 active industrial enterprises in the Sétif industrial zone. To analyse the results and test the hypotheses, we employed the statistical software SPSS for social sciences.
Our study found that organizations are aware of the significant impact of continuous improvement in achieving competitive advantages across various dimensions. Moreover, our study revealed that industrial enterprises are showing signs of adopting the Kaizen methodology in various areas and activities
