Abstract:
This study aims at the role of financial technology in improving banking services The case study of the Algerian National Bank Bna the agency of Setif 711, by identifying financial technology in the Algerian National Bank Bna the agency of Setif 711,By using the interview and note to collect dataThrough the field study, we concluded that the financial technology in the bank in question helped to improve the quality of banking services provided on the one hand, and on the other handfinancial technology in the bank in question faces many obstacles The most important of which are cyber-attacks, the Algerian National Bank Bnathe agency of Setif 711must improve infrastructure and create an environment that helps develop information and communication technology and provide an effective and secure electronic payment system.
