Keywords: Information Systems, Strategic Vigilance, Environment, Proactive Information, BCR Group. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه نظم المعلومات كأداة للرفع من اليقظة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسات ضمن بيئة تتميز بالتغير والتعقد، وذلك من أجل الحصول على المعلومات الاستباقية، لاتخاذ القرارات المناسبة. وفي هذا الإطار تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم توجيه استبيان إلى 42 من الموظفين على مستوى مجمع BCR والفروع التابعة له، بغرض جمع البيانات المطلوبة حول الموضوع، وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج SPSS V27، كما تم الاعتماد على الملاحظة الميدانية والمقابلة مع رؤساء المصالح المختلفة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، تمثلت أهمها في أن المجمع يمتلك نظم معلومات حديثة ويطبق اليقظة الاستراتيجية ويعي أهميتها، وتوصلت كذلك إلى أن نظام المعلومات يساهم في تطبيق كل من اليقظة التكنولوجية، التجارية والبيئية، في حين لا توجد علاقة بينه وبين اليقظة التنافسية في المجمع.
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role played by Information Systems (IS) as a tool to enhance the Strategic Vigilance (SV) in organizations within a complex and changing environment, in order to obtain proactive information for making appropriate decisions. In this context, the descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was directed to 42 employees at BCR Group and its branches, in order to collect the required data on the subject. The results were analyzed using SPSS V27 software. Field observation and interviews were conducted with heads of different departments. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which were: the group has modern IS and it applies SV and realizes its importance. It also concluded that IS contributes to the application of technological, commercial and environmental vigilance, while there is no relationship between IS and competitive vigilance in the group.

Abstract
