Keywords : information technology, creativity, creative abilities | | Résumé : | إن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات دور كبير في تطوير القدرات الإبداعية للعاملين،فهذه التكنولوجيا تقوم بجمع المعلومات و معالجتها وتخزينها،كما تعمل على الرفع من مستوى الإبداع داخل المنظمة،لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة والدور الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الرفع من القدرات الإبداعية،حيت أجريت الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة موبيليس بسطيف،وجمعت البيانات اللازمة من خلال استمارة استبيان استهدفت عينة مكونة من 40 من الأفراد العاملين بالمؤسسة حيث أظهرت الدراسة بضرورة تنمية ورفع القدرات الإبداعية بواسطة استخدام أساليب و وسائل تكنولوجية حديثة على مستوى المؤسسة باعتبارها مصدر لخلق التميز وتحقيق الريادة .
Abstract :
Information technology has a major role in developing the creative
capabilities of workers. This technology collects information, processes it
and stores it.It also works to raise the level of creativity within the
organization. Therefore, this study aimed to know the relationship and the
role that information technology plays in raising the creative capabilities.
This study was conducted at the level of the Mobilis foundation in setif, and
the necessary data were collected through a questionnaire form that targeted a
sample of 40 individuals working in the establishment. The study showed a
positive impact of information technology on the creative capabilities of the
Mobilis corporation. Creativity by using modern technological methods and
means at the level of the institution as a source of creating excellence and
achieving leadership.
