Information Technology, Healthcare Quality, Electronic Health Records. | | Résumé : | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر قدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات على جودة الخدمات الصحية داخل المؤسسات الاستشفائية، من خلال تحليل العلاقة بين استخدام الأنظمة الرقمية مثل الملفات الصحية الإلكترونية، نظم دعم القرار، وأمن المعلومات، وبين مستوى رضا المستخدمين وفعالية الأداء. وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة ميدانيًا على المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة للأم والطفل بمدينة العلمة باستخدام استبيان وتحليل إحصائي دقيق.
أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة قوية ودالة إحصائيًا بين قدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وجودة الخدمات الصحية، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط 0.881 ومعامل التحديد 0.777، كما تبين أن الاستخدام الفعّال للتكنولوجيا يسهم في تسريع تقديم الخدمة، تقليل الأخطاء، ودعم اتخاذ القرار. ورغم وجود بعض التحديات المتعلقة بالتدريب والدعم الفني، فإن التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسة أظهر مؤشرات واعدة لتحسين الأداء الصحي العام.
Abstract:
This study aims to examine the impact of Information Technology (IT) capabilities on the quality of healthcare services in public health institutions. It analyzes the relationship between the use of digital systems—such as electronic health records, decision support systems, and data security—and the level of user satisfaction and operational efficiency. The empirical research was conducted at the Specialized Mother and Child Hospital in El Eulma using a structured questionnaire and statistical analysis.
The results revealed a strong positive and statistically significant correlation between IT capabilities and healthcare service quality, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.881 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.777. The effective use of IT contributed to faster service delivery, reduced errors, and improved decision-making. Despite challenges in technical support and staff training, the hospital's digital transformation showed promising signs of enhancing overall healthcare performance.
