Logistic Regression, Students, Success, Failure Résumé : تتناول هذه الدراسة تحليل العوامل المؤثرة في نجاح طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة فرحات عباس – سطيف، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار اللوجيستي الثنائي كأداة تحليل إحصائي لدراسة المتغيرات الثنائية. وتهدف إلى تحديد العوامل الأكاديمية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تؤثر على الأداء الدراسي، وبناء نموذج تنبؤي لتقدير احتمالية النجاح أو الرسوب. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في مساهمتها العلمية في إثراء الأدبيات التربوية بمنهجية كمية متقدمة، وفي فائدتها التطبيقية من خلال توجيه السياسات التعليمية وتحسين نسب النجاح الأكاديمي. اعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان ميداني وتحليل البيانات إحصائيًا. أظهرت النتائج أن: الإناث، وصغر السن، وانتظام النوم، وفعالية أساليب المراجعة، والدعم الأسري تؤثر إيجابيًا على النجاح، بينما يُعد الإفراط في استخدام الهاتف والصعوبات المالية من العوامل السلبية. ولم يظهر التخصص أو مدى صعوبته أثرًا معنويًا. أوصت الدراسة بدعم الطلبة اقتصاديًا، وتنظيم ورشات لتعليم إدارة الوقت، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية مرنة تُراعي الفروقات العمرية وتحد من التشتت الرقمي. This study analyzes the factors influencing the academic success of students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at Ferhat Abbas University – Setif, using binary logistic regression as a statistical tool to investigate binary variables. The objective is to identify the key academic, social, and economic factors affecting student performance and to build a predictive model estimating the likelihood of success or failure. Scientifically, the study contributes to educational literature through the use of advanced quantitative methods, while practically, it aids in better policy formulation and improving student success rates. A field questionnaire was used, and data were analyzed statistically. Results revealed that female students, younger age, regular sleep, effective study methods, and family support positively impact success. In contrast, excessive phone use and financial difficulties negatively affect academic performance. Interestingly, neither the field of study nor its perceived difficulty had significant effects. The study recommends practical interventions, including enhanced economic support for students, time management workshops, and a flexible learning environment that accommodates age differences and minimizes digital distractions.
