Public ISBD Titre : أثر السياسات التجارية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال 2014/2024 Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : ابتهال حلاتي, Auteur ; جعفر، حمزة, Directeur de thèse Editeur : كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة فرحات عباس سطيف1 الجزائر Année de publication : 2025 ISBN/ISSN/EAN : TH/M5291 Langues : Arabe Résumé : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر السياسات التجارية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين الانفتاح التجاري والسياسات الحمائية وبين تطور المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية. وقد انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية محورية مفادها: إلى أي مدى تساهم السياسات التجارية المتبعة في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر؟ اعتمدت الدراسة منهجاً تحليلياً يجمع بين الطرح النظري والتطبيق العملي، وتوصلت إلى أن للتجارة الخارجية علاقة طويلة الأجل بالنمو الاقتصادي، حيث يساهم الانفتاح المدروس نحو الأسواق الخارجية في تحقيق مكاسب اقتصادية معتبرة، لاسيما في ظل تنويع الشركاء التجاريين والمنتجات الموجهة للتصدير. كما بيّنت النتائج أن الحماية الاقتصادية قد تكون أداة فعالة في بعض المراحل، لكنها قد تؤدي إلى إضعاف التنافسية إذا طُبّقت بشكل مفرط أو غير مدروس. وعليه، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني سياسات تجارية مرنة ومتوازنة تراعي خصوصيات الاقتصاد الوطني وتدعمه في مسار النمو المستدام. This study aimes to analysé the impact of Trade Policy on économie growth in Alegria by examining the relationship between trade openness, protectionist measures, and the evolution of key macroeconomic indicators. The central research question is: To what extent does Algeria's trade policy contribute to enhancing economic growth? The study adopts an analytical approach that combines both theoretical and practical perspectives. It finds that foreign trade has a long-term relationship with economic growth, as carefully managed trade openness towards external markets contributes significantly to economic gains—especially through diversification of trade partners and export-oriented production. The findings also indicate that while protectionist policies can be effective during certain phases, excessive or poorly implemented protectionism may undermine competitiveness. Therefore, the study recommends adopting a flexible and balanced trade policy that takes into account the specificities of the national economy and supports its path toward sustainable growth.
