The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, collecting data through questionnaires and interviews with a sample of customers and employees. The results showed that Islamic windows effectively improve access to financial services and their quality, especially for groups who are reluctant to deal with traditional banks for religious reasons. However, the use of these services remains limited due to lack of awareness and insufficient branches.
