Esprit entrepreneurial, éducation entrepreneuriale, auto-efficacité, intention entrepreneuriale, incubateur, Centre de Développement de l’Entrepreneuriat, étudiants universitaires, entrepreneuriat. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة حاملي المشاريع بمركز تطوير المقاولاتية وحاضنة الأعمال بجامعة فرحات عباس سطيف، مع تحليل مدى تأثر هذه الروح بمجموعة من العوامل الشخصية (كالعمر، الجنس، التخصص)، والتعليم المقاولاتي، والكفاءة الذاتية، والاتجاهات المقاولاتية، والتكوين، والأعراف الذاتية، والحواجز الاجتماعية.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، كونه الأنسب لتحليل الظواهر الاجتماعية والسلوكية، وتم استخدام أداتين رئيسيتين لجمع البيانات: الاستبيان الموجه إلى الطلبة، والمقابلة مع عينة مختارة من المستفيدين من خدمات المركز والحاضنة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 طالبًا ينتمون لمركز تطوير المقاولاتية وحاضنة الأعمال بسطيف خلال الفترة الممتدة من جانفي إلى أفريل 2025.
توصلت النتائج إلى أن الطلبة يمتلكون مستوى مرتفعًا من روح المقاولاتية، تجلت في طموحهم العالي، وثقتهم في قدراتهم، واستعدادهم لتحمّل المخاطر. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين روح المقاولاتية وكل من النية المقاولاتية، والكفاءة الذاتية، والاتجاهات نحو المقاولاتية، وكذلك التكوين المقاولاتي. كما تبين أن الحواجز الاجتماعية، خاصة لدى الطالبات، تمثل عائقًا يؤثر على توجههم المقاولاتي.

Cette étude vise à mesurer le niveau de l’esprit entrepreneurial chez les étudiants porteurs de projets inscrits au Centre de Développement de l’Entrepreneuriat et à l’Incubateur d’Entreprises de l’Université Ferhat Abbas Sétif. Elle cherche également à analyser l’influence de plusieurs facteurs sur cet esprit, notamment les caractéristiques personnelles (âge, sexe, spécialité), l’enseignement entrepreneurial, l’auto-efficacité, les attitudes entrepreneuriales, la formation, les normes subjectives et les obstacles sociaux.
L’étude s’est appuyée sur une méthodologie descriptive, adaptée à l’analyse des phénomènes sociaux et comportementaux. Deux outils principaux ont été utilisés pour la collecte des données : le questionnaire, distribué aux étudiants, et l’entretien semi-directif mené auprès d’un échantillon de bénéficiaires du centre et de l’incubateur. L’échantillon se compose de 50 étudiants, durant la période allant de janvier à avril 2025.
Les résultats ont révélé que les étudiants présentent un niveau élevé d’esprit entrepreneurial, illustré par une forte ambition, une grande confiance en soi, et une volonté d’assumer les risques. L’analyse a montré une relation positive entre l’esprit entrepreneurial et plusieurs dimensions, telles que l’intention entrepreneuriale, l’auto-efficacité, l’orientation entrepreneuriale, ainsi que la formation reçue. Il a également été constaté que les obstacles sociaux, notamment chez les étudiantes, constituent un frein à leur orientation entrepreneuriale.

This study aimed to assess the level of entrepreneurial spirit among student project holders at the Entrepreneurship Development Center and Business Incubator of Ferhat Abbas University – Sétif. It also sought to analyze the influence of various factors on this spirit, including personal characteristics (such as age, gender, and academic specialization), entrepreneurial education, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitudes, training, subjective norms, and social barriers.
The study employed a descriptive methodology, suitable for analyzing social and behavioral phenomena. Two primary tools were used to collect data: a questionnaire distributed to students, and a semi-structured interview conducted with a selected sample of beneficiaries from the center and incubator. The sample consisted of 50 students, during the period from January to April 2025.
The results showed that students demonstrated a high level of entrepreneurial spirit, reflected in their strong ambition, self-confidence, and readiness to take risks. A positive relationship was found between entrepreneurial spirit and factors such as entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation, and the training provided.
