This paper aims to analyze the relationship between Al Badr Bank and personal insurance companies, focusing on the extent of integration in the provision of financial services and the extent to which this relationship aligns with the principles of both the bank and the insurance company. It uses a descriptive and analytical approach supported by a field study to uncover the nature of existing cooperation, the challenges hindering its development, and the diversity of insurance products offered. The study concludes that the relationship between the bank and personal insurance companies remains somewhat limited, but there is real potential for integration between them. To achieve superiority, both must overcome all legislative, regulatory, and marketing obstacles.
