Keywords: - Circular economy - Sustainable development - waste | | Résumé : | بالنظر الى تزايد التحديات البيئية والاقتصادية التي تواجهها دول العالم والحاجة الى نماذج تنموية أكثر كفاءة واستدامة، هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحليل دور الاقتصاد الدائري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، من خلال دراسة تجارب كل من هولندا، الامارات العربية المتحدة وفنلندا مع التركيز على السياسات المعتمدة، التطبيقات القطاعية وأثرها على المؤشرات الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية، إضافة الى التحديات مع محاولة استخلاص اهم الدروس المستفادة منها. كما هدفت الى استشراف سبل تكييف وتطبيق الاقتصاد الدائري في الجزائر على ضوء ما تم تحليله من تجارب دولية رائدة. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مدعوما بالمنهج المقارن، بغرض فهم الواقع وتحليل البيانات المتوفرة عن التجارب الدولية محل الدراسة. بالإضافة الى الجانب الاستشرافي للجزائر. توصلت الدراسة الى ان الاقتصاد الدائري يساهم بشكل فعال في تقليل النفايات، تعزيز الكفاءة في استخدام الموارد، تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي الاخضر وتحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة على المدى الطويل، كما انه يعزز الابتكار والتشغيل، شريطة وجود بيئية تشريعية وتنظيمية واضحة
Summary
Given the increasing environmental and economic challenges facing countries around the world and the need for more efficient and sustainable development models, this study aimed to analyze the role of the circular economy in achieving sustainable development. This was done by examining the experiences of the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, and Finland, focusing on the adopted policies, sectoral applications, and their impact on economic, environmental, and social indicators, in addition to the challenges, with an attempt to extract the most important lessons learned from them. It also aimed to explore ways to adapt and implement the circular economy in Algeria in light of the analyzed experiences of leading international cases. This study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, supported by the comparative and quantitative methods, with the aim of understanding the reality and analyzing the available data on the international experiences under study. In addition to the foresight aspect for Algeria. The study concluded that the circular economy effectively contributes to waste reduction, enhances resource efficiency, achieves green economic growth, and meets long-term sustainable development goals.
