Key words : institutional efficiency – digital transformation – tax center . | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إستكشاف مدى تأثير التحول الرقمي على تحسين كفاءة المؤسسات ، من خلال دراسة ميدانية بمركز الضرائب بدائرة العلمة ولاية سطيف ، وقد إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، بإستخدام الإستبانة كآداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 40 موظف بالمركز ، تم إسترجاع منها 32 إستبيان قابل للتحليل ، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إرتباط وتأثير إيجابي دال إحصائياً بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الكفاءة داخل المؤسسة ، خاصة في بعد الأمان الرقمي وحمـــاية البيانات ، وتقليص التكاليف .
وفي ضوء النتائج ، تُوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز إستثمار المركز في التحول الرقمي ، من خلال تطوير الخدمات الرقمية الموجهة للعملاء ، تكوين الموظفين ، توظيف أدوات تقييم الكفاءة في ظل التحول الرقـــــمـــــي.
Abstract:
This study aims to explore the extent to which digital transformation impacts the improvement of institutional efficiency, through a field study conducted at the Tax Center of El Eulma, in the Wilaya of Sétif. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, using a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of 40 employees at the center, of which 32 valid responses were retrieved and analyzed.
The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation and impact between digital transformation and the achievement of institutional efficiency, particularly in the dimensions of digital security, data protection, and cost reduction.
In light of these findings, the study recommends enhancing the center’s investment in digital transformation by developing digital services directed at clients, providing staff training, and employing efficiency assessment tools within the digital transformation context.
