Keywords: Balanced Scorecard Stakeholders Corporate Governance. | | Résumé : | This study aimed to highlight the role of the Balanced Scorecard in enhancing corporate governance through a case study of the Ain El Kebira Cement Company (SCAEK) during the period from 2020 to 2023. The research focused on demonstrating how the Balanced Scorecard contributes as a strategic tool to improving institutional performance and reinforcing governance principles by tracking performance, improving social responsibility, promoting transparency and disclosure, and managing stakeholder requirements.
The study addressed the concepts of governance and the importance of its implementation in economic institutions to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability. It also explored the Balanced Scorecard, a modern tool that encompasses both financial and non-financial indicators, helping organizations assess their performance comprehensively and enabling them to make strategic decisions based on accurate and reliable information.
Moreover, the study confirmed that by integrating social and environmental indicators, the Balanced Scorecard effectively strengthens governance at SCAEK. It allows for continuous and precise performance monitoring, enabling the board of directors to make well-informed decisions based on comprehensive insights into all performance dimensions.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تفعيل حوكمة المؤسسات من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة (SCAEK) للفترة الممتدة من2020إلى2023. حيث ركزت الدراسة على توضيح كيفية مساهمة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن كأداة استراتيجية في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي وتعزيز مبادئ الحوكمة من خلال متابعة الأداء ،تحسين المسؤولية الاجتماعية ،تعزيز الإفصاح والشفافية، وإدارة متطلبات الأطراف ذات المصلحة. وقد تناولت الدراسة مفاهيم الحوكمة وأهمية تطبيقها في المؤسسات الاقتصادية لضمان الشفافية ،العدالة ،والمساءلة ،كما تم التطرق إلى بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ،التي تُعد أداة حديثة تشمل مؤشرات مالية وغير مالية تساعد المؤسسات على تقييم أدائها بطريقة شاملة، ما يسمح باتخاذ قرارات إستراتيجية مبنية على معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة. كما أكدت الدراسة أن بطاقة الأداء المتوازن المجتمعية بدمجها للمؤشرات الاجتماعية والبيئية، تُسهم بشكل فعال في تعزيز الحوكمة في شركةSCAEK ، حيث تساعد في متابعة الأداء بصفة دورية ودقيقة، مما يمكّن مجلس الإدارة من اتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة بناءً على معلومات شاملة عن جميع أبعاد الأداء. | | En ligne : | http://dspace.univ-setif.dz:8888/jspui/handle/123456789/5044 |
