Résumé : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز مساهمة المحاسبة التحليلية من خلال الرقابة على أداء مؤسسة والكشف عن دور المحاسبة التحليلية في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتجية للمؤسسة، وكذا إبراز دور ،IRIS حيث اعتمد على ، IRIS المحاسبة التحليلية في الكشف عن المشاكل المالية في المؤسسة الجزائرية المنهج الوصفي في الجزء النظري والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجزء التطبيقي من خلال دراسة حالة . IRIS لمؤسسة حيث أسفرت الدراسة على عدة نتائج أهمها : - تعمل مصلحة المحاسبة التحليلية على تحديد مختلف التكاليف وبدقة . ت التقديرية وحساب مختلف ???? - أن مصلحة مراقبة التسيير تقوم بكل امكانياﺗﻬا لوضع موازا التكاليف من طرف مصلحة محاسبة التحليلية في جميع وحدات الانتاج. - اظهرت الدراسة أن المحاسبة التحليلية تكشف عن الانحرافات الموجودة في المؤسسة من خلال محاولة تصحيحها مع مصلحة الانتاج والتصنيع. - أكدت الدراسة على أن المحاسبة التحليلية تلعب دور كبير في اتخاذ القرارات وترشيدها Summary: The current study aimed to highlight the contribution of analytical accounting through the control of the performance of the IRIS institution, revealing the role of analytical accounting in strategic decision-making for the institution, as well as emphasizing the role of analytical accounting in identifying financial problems within the Algerian IRIS institution. The study relied on a descriptive approach in the theoretical part and a descriptive analytical approach in the practical part through a case study of the IRIS institution. The study yielded several results, the most important of which are: The analytical accounting department works on accurately identifying various costs. The Management Control Department is utilizing all its resources to establish budget estimates and calculate various costs by the Analytical Accounting Department in all production units. The study showed that analytical accounting reveals the discrepancies present in the organization by attempting to correct them in collaboration with the production and manufacturing department. The study emphasized that analytical accounting plays a significant role in decision-making and rationalizing it.
