Summary:
his study dealt with understanding and knowing the budgetary policy and its tool that the state uses to affect its economic activities and how to manage financial
resources to achieve goals and economic and social balance by determining the
required expenditures and how to divide them among the sectors. Through our study,we concluded that budgetary policy is a major tool used by the state to achievedevelopment and economic stability by applying the tools of this policy, which areexpenditures and revenues, which have great importance and impact on theeconomy. Therefore, in our study, we touched on measuring the impact of udgetarypolicy. On the Algerian economy during the period from 2000 to 2022 usingARDLtime lag autoregressive models, the results of which showed that budgetary policytools (equipment expenses, management expenses, regular and tax revenues) have astrong impact on economic growth
