ونتيجة لهذه الدراسة تبين انه بين أن ممارسات الادارة المالية لها تأثير على الاداء المالي لشركة نفطال، حيث تم التوصل إلى هذه النتيجة بعد دراسة النسب المالية المختلفة مثل نسبة الربحية ونسبة المديونية ونسبة السيولة و حساب الخزينة.
وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الشركة التي تتمتع بممارسات ادارة مالية جيدة تتمتع أيضًا باداء مالي جيد، مما يعزز الثقة لدى المستثمرين ويزيد من جاذبية هذه الشركة في السوق.
بناءً على هذه النتائج، يمكن القول بأن تحسين ممارسات الادارة المالية يمكن أن يكون له أثر إيجابي كبير على الاداء المالي للشركة وعليه، نوصي الشركة بضرورة الاهتمام بتحسين هذه الممارسات من خلال إدارة جيدة للديون والسيولة والنقدية والحقوق الملكية، وذلك لتعزيز قيمتها السوقية وزيادة جاذبيتها للمستثمرين.

Summary:
This study aims to study the impact of financial management practices on the financial performance of companies. The theoretical study was based on a case study of Naftal Company in the state of Setif. To achieve this goal, information was collected through extracted data, financial documents and financial statements submitted by an official in the company. Naftal in the state of Setif, analysing, studying and projecting it during the period between 2019-2023.
As a result of this study, it was shown that financial management practices have an impact on the financial performance of Naftal Company, as this result was reached after studying various financial ratios such as the profitability ratio, the debt ratio, the liquidity ratio, and the treasury account.
The results showed that a company that has good financial management practices also has good financial performance, which enhances confidence among investors and increases the attractiveness of this company in the market.
Based on these results, it can be said that improving financial management practices can have a significant positive impact on the company’s financial performance. Accordingly, we recommend that the company pay attention to improving these practices through good management of debt, liquidity, cash, and equity, in order to enhance its market value and increase its attractiveness to investors.
