This study aimed to investigate the impact of work teams on creativity among a sample of employees at AGRODIV Mills Company in Sétif. The study employed a descriptive approach and utilized questionnaires as the primary research tool. A targeted sample was selected, with 40 questionnaires distributed, resulting in 38 valid responses retrieved for analysis. Statistical tests available in the SPSS package were utilized, including Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and simple linear regression model to test hypotheses validity.
The study found a significant impact of work teams on creativity within the studied organization.
