تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تبيان الصعوبات والتحديات التي واجهت سلاسل الإمداد العالمية خلال كل من جائحة كورونا والحرب الروسية الأوكرانية. فقد شهدنا كيف ان الأزمتين ألقيا بظلالهما الثقيلة على سلاسل التوريد العالمية.
من جهة أدت جائحة كوفيد -19 الى انقطاع في سلاسل التوريد والتوزيع نتيجة إغلاق المصانع والموانئ وقيود السفر، مما نتج عنه نقص في المواد الخام والمكونات الأساسية وارتفاع تكاليف الشحن والنقل كما تغيرت أنماط الطلب وسلوك المستهلكين بشكل جذري مما أثر على التخطيط الإستراتيجي للشركات.
من جهة أخرى، تسببت الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية في انقطاعإمدادات الطاقة والمواد الخام من المنطقة خصوصا وان كلا الدولتين (روسياوأوكرانيا) يتمتعان بمكانة هامة في الاقتصاد العالمي. كما أدت الحرب إلى تعطيل حركة الشحن والنقل في منطقة البحر الأسود وزيادة المخاطر والتقلبات في الأسواق العالمية. مما صعب التخطيط طويل الأجل..
Summary:
This study aims to highlight the difficulties and challenges faced by global supply chains during both the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russo-Ukrainian war. We witnessed how these crises cast their heavy shadows over global supply chains.
On one hand, the COVID-19 pandemic caused disruptions in supply and distribution chains due to factory closures, port restrictions, and travel constraints. This resulted in shortages of raw materials and essential components, along with increased shipping and transportation costs. Furthermore, there was a radical shift in demand patterns and consumer behavior, significantly affecting companies' strategic planning.
On the other hand, the Russo-Ukrainian war led to disruptions in energy and raw material supplies from the region, especially given the economic significance of both countries (Russia and Ukraine) globally. The war also disrupted shipping and transportation in the Black Sea region, increasing risks and volatility in global markets, thereby complicating long-term planning .
