تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه تكنلوجيا المعلومات فيتشجيع الابتكار بالشركة الوطنية للأشغال البترولية الكبرى بحاسي الرمل بولاية الأغواط، وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة، والذي تم توجيههه لعينة من 34إطار بالشركة محل الدراسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بأبعادها الثلاثة (المكونات المادية والبرمجيات، قواعد البيانات، والشبكات) على الابتكار في الشركة محل الدراسة. وأهم ما أوصت به الدراسة هو ضرورة دمج تكنولوجيا المعلومات في جميع أنشطة المؤسسة، وتشجيع ثقافة الابتكار داخل المؤسسات من خلال توفير جميع الظروف والوسائل المساعدة على ذلك، بالإضافة إلى توفير بنية تحتية تكنولوجية متقدمة.

Abstract:
This study aims to know the role that information technology plays in encouraging innovation in the National Petroleum Works Company in Hassi R’mel, Laghouat Province. The questionnaire was relied upon as a main tool for collecting the required data and information, which was directed to a sample of 34 employees of the company under study. The results showed a statistically significant effect of information technology in its three dimensions (hardware and software components, databases, and networks) on innovation in the company under study. The most important thing that the study recommended is the necessity of integrating information technology into all the organization’s activities, and encouraging a culture of innovation within organizations by providing all the conditions and means that help on doing this, in addition to providing an advanced technological infrastructure.
