وقد تمالتوصل إلى أنقدرةشركة أمازون على التكيف مع التغيرات في السوق وتنويع نموذج أعمالها بشكل فعال ، حيث تمكنت الشركة من تحسين عمليات الشراء والتوزيع وتحقيق كفاءةأكبر في إدارة المخزون وتلبية احتياجات العملاء بشكل أفضل،وتمكنت من تحقيق نمو مستمر وتعزيز مكانتها كواحدة من أكثر الشركات نفوذا ونجاحا في العالم.
