هدفت هذه الدراسة الى دراسة وتقييم أداء الجهاز المصرفي بشكل عام والجهاز المصرفي الجزائري خلال الفترة 2014-2022 بشكل خاص، وذلك من خلال عرض تحليل تطور البنوك الجزائرية العمومية والخاصة والجهاز المصرفي ككل في هذه الفترة، باستخدام مؤشرات الأداء الاساسية المتمثلة في مؤشرات الربحية، السيولة والملاءة.
حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة الى وجود تفاوت في مستويات الأداء بين البنوك. رغم تطور البنوك الخاصة خلال هذه الفترة وكفاءتها في استغلال مواردها، ويعود تحسن الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري الى تحسن البنوك العمومية، وهذا راجع لكون الجهاز المصرفي مكون بشكل كبير منها.

This study aimed to examine and evaluate the performance of the banking system in general, and the Algerian banking system in particular, during the period from 2014 to 2022. This was done by analyzing the development of Algerian public and private banks and the banking system as a whole during this period, using key performance indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and solvency. The study found a disparity in performance levels among the banks. Despite the development of private banks during this period and their efficiency in utilizing their resources, the improvement in the Algerian banking system is attributed to the improvement of public banks, as the banking system is largely composed of them.
