هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم وترقية المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال دراسة حالة حاضنة أعمال جامعة سطيف 2 ، باتخاذها نموذج يتم من خلاله معرفة مختلف التحديات والعراقيل المتعلقة بانشاء وتموييل وتطويير المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري للالمام بمختلف المفاهيم النظرية لمتغيرات الدراسة، في حين تم الاعتماد على أداة المقابلة مع فريق حاضنة أعمال جامعة سطيف 2 لإثراء الجانب التطبيقي.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن حاضنات الأعمال تلعب دورا محوريا في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال توفير الموارد الأساسية،الإرشاد الإستشاري،الوصول إلى التمويل، وخلق بيئة تفاعلية، كما تسهم هذه الحاضنات في خفض نسب الفشل وتعزيز الابتكار،إضافة إلى تمكين المؤسسات الناشئة من النمو بشكل مستدام ومواجهة مختلف التحديات بفعالية، مما يعزز من فرص نجاحها على المدى الطويل ممايؤدي إلى تحفيز الاقتصاد المحلي ونقل المعرفة بفضل هذا الدعم الشامل.
Abstract:
The study aimed to clarification the role of business incubators in supporting and promoting start up through a case study of the university of setif2 business incubator, by takin it as a model we can know a defferent challenges and obstacles related to the creation and establishment, financing and devlopment of start up in Algeria. in The descriptive analytical approuch was used in the theoretical aspect for the enrichment ofthe various theoretical cocepts of th stydy variables, while the interview tool with the setif2 university Business Incubator team for enrich the applied study.
The study concluded the following:Business incubators play a pivotal role in supporting startups by providing essential resources, expert guidance,access to funding,and creating an interactive environment.These incubators help reduce failure rates and enhance innovation,leading to local economic stimulation and knowledge trancfer.Thanks to this comprehensive support,startups can grow sustainably and tackle challenges effectively.significantly increasing their chances of long term success.
