تتناول هذه الدراسة أهمية اقتصاديات الصحة في ترشيد الانفاق الصحي وتهدف إلى تقيم اعتماد المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي سعادنة محمد عبد النور -سطيف- على الميزانية الحكومية مقارنة بمصادر الدخل الأخرى يهدف البحث إلى وضع ميزانية متوازنة تضمن تقديم خدمات طبية عالية الجودة بأقل تكلفة أظهرت النتائج أن توزيع الميزانية يعزز الشفافية والكفاءة في استخدام الأموال العامة وأن تطبيق مبادئ اقتصاديات الصحة يساهم في تقليل التكاليف الزائدة وتحقيق توازن أفضل بين العرض والطلب على الرعاية الصحية.
Summary:
This study deals with the importance of health economics in rationalizing health spending and aims to assess the dependence of the Saadna Mohamed Abdennour university hospital center in setif on the government budget compared to other sources of income the research aims to develop a balanced budget that ensures the provision of high-quality medical services at the lowest cost the results showed that budget allocation promotes transparency and efficiency in the use of public funds and that applying the principles of health economics contributes to reducing excess costs and achieving a better balance between supply and demand for healthcare.
