دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب -سطيف | | Résumé : | الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى دراسة أثر ادارة راس المال العامل على التحكم في خزينة المؤسسة، وتم اسقاط الدراسة النظرية على دراسة حالة مؤسسة الهضاب العليا للحبوب بولاية سطيف، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعتماد على المعلومات التي تم جمعها عن طريق البيانات المستخرجة من الوثائق المالية المقدمة من طرف المسؤولين داخل المؤسسة، وتحليلها ودراستها وتحليلها خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2019-2023.
ونتيجة لهذه الدراسة تبين انه بين أن ادارة راس المال العامل لها تأثير كبير على الخزينة، حيث تم التوصل إلى هذه النتيجة بعد دراسة النسب المالية المختلفة مثل نسبة الديون إلى مجموع الموجودات، ونسبة حقوق الملكية، ونسبة السيولة السريعة، ونسبة التداول، ونسبة النقدية، ونسبة الرافعة المالية، وحساب احتياجات راس المال العامل وراس المال العامل الصافي، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الشركة التي تتمتع بمؤشرات راس المال العامل جيدة نسبيا.
بناءً على هذه النتائج، يمكن القول أن إدارة رأس المال العامل تمكن المؤسسة من تعزيز التوازن المالي من خلال استخدام الموارد بكفاءة والحفاظ على التناغم بين المداخيل والمصروفات، مما يسهم في استقرارها المالي واستمرارية نموها وتطويرها في المستقبل.
abstract:
This study aims to study the impact of working capital management on controlling the organization’s treasury. The theoretical study was based on a case study of the Haute Plateau Grain Corporation in the state of Setif. To achieve this goal, information was collected through data extracted from financial documents provided by Officials within the institution, analyzing, studying and analyzing it during the period extending between 2019-2023.
As a result of this study, it was shown that working capital management has a significant impact on the treasury, as this result was reached after studying various financial ratios such as the debt to total assets ratio, the equity ratio, the quick liquidity ratio, the circulation ratio, the cash ratio, and the cash ratio. Financial leverage, calculating working capital needs and net working capital, the results showed that the company has relatively good working capital indicators.
Based on these results, it can be said that working capital management enables the organization to enhance financial balance by using resources efficiently and maintaining harmony between incomes and expenses, which contributes to its financial stability and the continuity of its growth and development in the future.
