هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الخدمات اللوجستية في تحسين دور الموانئ ، ومن أجل ذلك وظفنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع، وظف الطالب استمارة استبيانية وزعت على عينة من 35 من موظفي المؤسسة ، وعولجت البيانات احصائيا بواسطة برنامج SPSS V26.
توصلنا الى ان هناك أثر ذو دلالة احصائية للخدمات اللوجستية في تحسين دور الموانئ، كما تساهم الخدمات اللوجستية في تحسين حركة السفن والبضائع، والتحسين من وقت انتظار السفن، ناهيك عن تنظيم عدد الحاويات.
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of logistics services in enhancing the role of ports. For this purpose, we employed the descriptive-analytical method due to its suitability for the nature of the topic. The researcher utilized a questionnaire form distributed to a sample of 35 employees of the institution. The data were statistically processed using SPSS V26.
We found that there is a statistically significant impact of logistics services on improving the role of ports. Logistics services also contribute to improving the movement of ships and goods, reducing the waiting time for ships, and organizing the number of containers.
