تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأداء المتميز في وكالة موبيليس بسكرة،ودراسة مدى تأثيرها على الأداء المتميز، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استمارة تم تطويرها وتوزيعها على الموظفين لقياس تطبيق مبادئ و أدوات الجودة الشاملة وتأثيرها على الأداءالمتميز،ثم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامجSPSS
ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء المتميز،وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إن تتبع الوكالة استراتيجية متناسقة مع أهدافها وتوفر بيئة تعزز مستويات الأداء المطلوبة، و أظهرت الدراسة أيضا أنها تسعى الوكالة إلى التحسين المستمر وهذا بتحديث أساليب العمل وطرق الخدمة وذلك بتشجيع مبادرات التحسين للخدمة المقدمة،وأخيرا توصلنا من أن وكالة موبيليس تلتزم بتطبيق مبادئ وأدوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة بشكل جيد، خاصة مبدئي التركيز على العميل ودعم الإدارة العليا.
Abstract:
This study aims to identify the role of total quality management in achieving outstanding performance in the Biskra Mobilis Agency, and to study the extent of its impact on outstanding performance. To achieve the objectives of the study, a form was used that was developed and distributed to employees to measure the application of total quality principles and tools and their impact on performance. Spss, then analyze the data using the program The study found a relationship between comprehensive quality management and outstanding performance. The results of the study showed that the agency follows a strategy that is consistent with its objectives and provides an environment that enhances the required levels of performance. The study also showed that the agency seeks continuous improvement by updating work methods and service methods by encouraging improvement initiatives. For the service provided, we finally concluded that the Mobilis agency is committed to applying the principles and tools of comprehensive quality management well, especially the principles of customer focus and senior management support.
