هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى أهمية نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وفقا للمواصفة القياسيةISO45001 ودوره في التقليل من حوادث العمل في مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق النظام من طرف المؤسسة سمح لها بتوفير كل متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية مما سمح بتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية وبالتالي التقليل من حوادث العمل المتعلقة بالمتطلبات الإدارية والعملياتيةإلا أننا لاحظنا في بعض الأحيان زيادة الحوادث والتي يكون سببها عدم التزام العمال بمتطلبات النظام ورغم اتخاذ المؤسسة للعديد من الإجراءات في هذا المجال إلا أنها لم تستطع التحكم في هذا العامل والذي يعود بالدرجة الأولى إلى العمال .
Abstract :
The studyaimed to determine the importance of the Occupational Health and Safety management system in accordance with the ISO45001 standard and itsrole in reducingwork accidents at the Ain ELKebira'scement institution The studyfoundthat the application of the system by the enterpriseallowedit to provide all the requirements of occupationalhealth and safety, therebyproviding a safe and healthyworkingenvironment and therebyreducingwork accidents related to administrative and operationalrequirements. However, at times weobserved an increase in accidents caused by workers' failure to complywith the requirements of the system and despitetakingmany actions in thisdomain, itwasunable to control thisworker, mainly due to workers.
