The applied aspect wasdropped in the health institution Al-SaeedAwamri in Bouja based on the form that included a group Of the themes and phrases as a basic tool for collecting data, which was distributed to 60 workers, including administrators, doctors and nurses. The study concluded that there is an impact of training on the performance of workers in the institution under study.
