الهندسة المالية الإسلامية ،سوق الأوراق الإسلامية ،منتجات المالية الاسلامية | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور وأهمية المنتجات المالية الاسلامية في تطوير سوق الاوراق المالية في الجزائر، انطلاقا من النتائج الايجابية التي حققتها هذه الادوات للعديد من الاسواق العالمية على غرار سوق الاوراق المالية في ماليزيا ومملكة البحرين.
وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان المنتجات المالية الاسلامية بفضل مرونتها وتمتعها بالمصداقية الشرعية والكفاءة الاقتصادية، لها دور فعال في تفعيل وتنشيط اسواق الاوراق المالية، والجزائر بفضل المقومات التي تزخر بها بإمكانها استغلال هذه المنتجات وتوظيفها بطريقة مثلى لإعادة الحيوية لبورصة الجزائر، ولكن بشرط القيام بالعديد من الاصلاحات والتدابير التي تسمح بإدراجها وتداولها
This study aims to know the role and importance of Islamic financial products in developing the stock market in Algeria, based on the positive results achieved by tools for many global markets, such as the stock market in Malaysia and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The study found that Islamic financial products, thanks to their flexibility, legitimate credibility and economic efficiency, have been instrumental in activating and revitalizing the stock markets. Algeria has the potential to exploit these products and employ them in an optimal manner to revitalize the Algiers Stock Exchange, but provided that many reforms are undertaken and measures permitting their inclusion and circulation.
