Keywords: Working capital management, working capital components, financial performance. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة رأس المال العامل في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية من أجل هذا قمنا بدراسة دور إدارة رأس المال العامل في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة((SCAEK خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2020 إلى 2022، وذلك بالاعتماد على القوائم المالية للمؤسسة وباستخدام مؤشرات تقييم كفاءة إدارة رأس المال العامل والأداء المالي.
حيث تم التناول في الدراسة الميدانية حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت عين الكبيرة- سطيف- (SCAEK)، للتعرف على مدى اهتمام هذه المؤسسة بإدارة رأس المال العامل والدور الذي تلعبه هذه الأخيرة في تحسين أدائها المالي من خلال القيام بالدراسة التطبيقية.
وخلصت الدراسة في الأخير أن إدارة مكونات رأس المال العامل ذات فعالية ضعيفة ومتذبذبة في تحسين الأداء المالي بسبب جائحة كورونا خلال الفترة (2020-2022)، وذلك من خلال مقارنة المردودية بكفاءة رأس المال العامل.
Abstract:
This study aims to understand the role of working capital management in improving the financial performance of an economic institution. To this end, we examined the role of working capital management in enhancing the financial performance of the Ain El Kebira Cement Company. During the period from 2020 to 2022, this was based on the financial statements of the institution and using indicators to evaluate the efficiency of working capital management and financial performance.
The field study focused on the case of the Ain El Kebira Cement Company in Sétif (SCAEK) to understand the extent of the company's attention to working capital management and the role it plays in improving its financial performance through an applied study.
The study concluded that the management of working capital components was weak and inconsistent in improving financial performance due to the COVID-19 pandemic during the period from 2020 to 2022. This was determined by comparing profitability with the efficiency of working capital.
