تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد أهمية ريادة الأعمال في تحقيق سياسة التوظيف الذاتي، من خلال معالجة الإشكالية التالية، ما مدى أهمية ريادة الأعمال في تحقيق سياسة التوظيف الذاتي؟
للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم الاعتماد على الجانب النظري فيما يخص الإطار المفاهيمي لريادة الأعمال والتوظيف الذاتي، أما الجانب التطبيقي تطرقنا لواقع ريادة الأعمال من خلال آليات دعمها في الجزائر، كما تطرقنا للمقاول الذاتي وأهميته في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال، وعرض بعض الشركات الرائدة في الجزائر.
وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها أن ريادة الأعمال لها دورا هاما في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ولها أهمية في خلق مشاريع التوظيف الذاتي.
Abstract:
This study aims to try to determine the importance of entrepreneurship in achieving the self-employment Policy, by addressing the following problem,how important is entrepreneurship in achieving the self-employment Policy?
To answer this problem, we relied on the theoretical aspect regarding the conceptual Framework of entrepreneurship and self-employment, As for the practical aspect, we addressed the reality of entrepreneurship through the support mechanisms in Algeria. We also discussed the self-entrepreneur and its importance in promoting entrepreneurship and presented some of the leading companies in Algeria.
Finally, the study reached several results, the most important of which was that entrepreneurship has an important role in achieving economic and social development and is important in creating self-employment projects.
