هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التأمين الصحي في تعزيز الأمان الوظيفيبالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لولاية سطيف، والتعرف على أثر التأمين الصحي بأبعاده (الخدمات الاجتماعية، حوادث العمل، قوانين التأمين) على الأمان الوظيفي بأبعاده (الاستقرار الوظيفي، سلوكيات العامل، سرعة أداء العمل)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بتقسيم الدراسة إلى جانب نظري وآخر تطبيقي، حيث تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل معالجة إشكالية الدراسة، كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان الورقي للأفراد الموظفين بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لولاية سطيف "سعادنة عبد النور" لعينة تقدر ب 55 شخص بهدف التعرف على آرائهم فيما يخص التأمين الصحي وأثره في تحقيق الأمان الوظيفي، وبعد ذلك معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية لبرنامج spss وحصلت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج مفادها أن التأمين الصحي له أثر مهم في تعزيز الأمان الوظيفي.
Summary
This study aimed to know the impact of health insurance in enhancing job security at the University Hospital Center of Setif Province, and to identify the impact of health insurance in its dimensions (social services, work accidents, insurance laws) on job security in its dimensions (job stability, worker behaviors, speed of work performance). To achieve this goal, we divided the study into a theoretical and an applied aspect, where the descriptive analytical approach was followed in order to address the problem of the study We also relied on a paper questionnaire for individuals employed at the University Hospital Center of Setif Province “Saadna Abdel Nour” for a sample estimated at 55 people with the aim of identifying Their opinions regarding health insurance and its impact on achieving job security, and then processing the data obtained using a number of statistical methods in the SPSS program. This study obtained a set of results stating that health insurance has an important impact on enhancing job security.
