هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تخفيف من ضغوط العمل لدى عينة من عمال كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير سطيف1، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والإستبانة. حيث شمل مجتمع الدراسة الإذاريين هذه المؤسسة محل الدراسة البالغ عددهم 76 عامل، واختيرت منهم عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عدد مفرداتها 50 وزعت عليها أداة الدراسة، لتتمكن الطالبة من استرجاع 39 إستبيان صالح للدراسة. وقد استعانت الباحثة على الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في معامل الثبات (آلفا كرونباج)، اختبار ت ((T-Test، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، التكرارات والنسب المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي والمرجح والإنحرافات المعيارية، مستوى الدلالة Sigودرجة الحرية.
من أهم النتائج المستخلصة أن عمليات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونيةتخفيف من ضغوط العمل.
Abstract :
This study aims to know the role of the Electonic managementin reducing work stress. In order to realize the objectives of this study, we depended on the descriptive methods and on the questionnaire, the study population includedfromeworkes of Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences-Setif- establisment which has (76) workers, and we chose a random sample consisted of (50) questionnaires which were distributed, that’s why the student was able to take back (39) questionnaires. The researcher based on statics techniques: the stability coefficient (Alpha Gronbach) and T-Test arithmetic, pearson correlation coefficient, mean and hypothesized mean, standard deviation, frequencies and percentage, level of significance, degree of liberty.
The most important conclusion the Process Applying Electonic managementin to decrease of stresswork.
