Keywords: communication, internal communication,knowledge, knowledge sharing. | | Résumé : | سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الاتصال الداخلي على تشارك المعرفة في شركة فادركو سطيف، وقد تحددت الدراسة بمتغير مستقل تمثل في الاتصال الداخلي بأبعاده (الاتصال الصاعد، النازل والأفقي)، ومتغير تابع تمثل في تشارك المعرفة.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استمارة لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة العشوائية التي بلغ عددها (49) مفردة وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS لتحليل بيانات الاستمارة، وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الأساليب الاحصائية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن هناك أثر للاتصال الداخلي بنسبة (%19.9) على تشارك المعرفة في شركة فادركو سطيف.
وتوصي هذه الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بالاتصال الداخلي وخاصة الاتصال الصاعد، من أجل تعزيز تبادل وتشارك المعرفة والخبرات بين موظفي شركة فادركو سطيف.
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the impact of internal communication on knowledge sharing at FadercoSetif. The study was defined by an independent variable represented by internal communication with its dimensions (upward, downward, and horizontal communication), and a dependent variable represented by knowledge sharing.
To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was developed to collect data from a random sample of 49 individuals. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the questionnaire data, relying on a set of statistical methods. The study found that internal communication has an impact of 19.9% on knowledge sharing at FadercoSetif.
This study recommends paying more attention to internal communication, especially upward communication, to enhance the exchange and sharing of knowledge and experiences among employees at FadercoSetif.
