Keywords: Quality, Total Quality, Total Quality Management, Performance, Production Performance. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثرإدارة الجودة الشاملة على الأداء الإنتاجي في المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال استطلاع أراء عينة من العاملين بمؤسسة إيريستايرس بولاية سطيف، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من حيث الجانب النظري، من خلال التعرف على ماهية إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأثرها على الأداء الإنتاجي وصولا إلى عوامل نجاحه ومعوقاته، أما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الاعتماد على الأسلوب التحليلي وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للبحث في الدراسة الميدانية حيث تم صياغتها ومن ثم توزيع 70 عينة على العاملين بالمؤسسة واسترجاع 70 عينة، وتم معالجة وتحليل إجابات أفراد العينة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spss) بغية تحليل نتائج هذا الاستبيان.
وقد كشفت الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج كالتالي:
وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء الإنتاجي عند مستوى دلالة &=0.05 وبالتالي قبول الفرضية البديلة، وكذلك إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الأداء الإنتاجي لدى مؤسسة إيريستايرس سطيف، وأيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعود للمتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس، العمر، المستوى العلمي، الوظيفة، الخبرة المهنية).
Abstract :
This study aims to identify the impact of total quality management on production performance in the organization, through surveying the opinions of a sample of employees at Iris Tyres Company in Setif City. To achieve this goal, the study adopted a descriptive approach in terms of the theoretical aspect, by understanding the nature of total quality management and its impact on production performance, as well as its success factors and obstacles. As for the practical aspect, the analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was used as a research tool in the field study, which was formulated and then distributed to 70 employees in the organization, with 70 samples retrieved. The responses of the sample individuals were processed and analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS) in order to analyze the results of this questionnaire.
The study revealed a number of results as follows:
There is a significant correlation between total quality management and production performance at a significance level of &=0.05, thus accepting the alternative hypothesis. There is also a statistically significant impact of total quality management on improving production performance at Iris Tyres Company in Setif. Furthermore, there are no statistically significant differences among the study sample individuals in terms of personal variables (gender, age, educational level, job position, professional experience).
