وقد تم اسقاط دراستنا على مجمع الصناعات الغذائية أقروديف سطيف، حيث تم تقييم أنظمة المعلومات التكنولوجية فيها (نظام تطوير برامج الإدارة التجارية، نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة جيت)، وبالتحديد في إدارة المشتريات وإدارة المبيعات كونهما الأنسب للدراسة من حيث وفرة المعلومات وسهولة تقييم الأنظمة من خلالهما.
وتوصلت الدراسة بأن تكنولوجيا نظم المعلومات تعتبر من الأهم الأنظمة في المؤسسة، حيث أشرنا إلى أن تطوير المؤسسة لأنظمتها المعلوماتية ساهم في الرفع من نظام الرقابة الداخلية لديها، حيث تمكنت من التكيف مع التغيرات بفضل المرونة التي تقدمها تكنولوجيا نظم المعلومات، مما يعكس توجه المؤسسة نحو تحسين الأداء الرقابي والأمان.
Abstract :
This study aims to learn about the role of information systems technology in raising the efficiency of the internal control system, through its importance in complete processes, enhancing transparency and improving the quality of reports, and the ability to improve and develop internal control methods, all by adopting many modern information systems technologies.
Our study was dropped on the Agrodif Setif Food Industries Complex, where technology information systems (Commercial Management Software Development System, Enterprise Resource Planning System) were evaluated, specifically in procurement and sales management as being best suited to study in terms of the abundance of information and the ease with which systems are evaluated.
The study found that IT is one of the most important systems in the organization, as we noted that the enterprise's development of its information systems contributed to the upgrading of its internal control system, as it was able to adapt to changes thanks to the flexibility offered by IT, reflecting the enterprise's orientation towards improved oversight performance and security. | | En ligne : | https://drive.google.com/file/d/12Ezifmdk6Fdgg6lJNhfoCPLjtRx9zGWG/view?usp=drive [...] |
