Keywords:Financialdiagnosis, economic institution, financial performance, financial indicators. | | Résumé : | هدفت دراستنا إلى إبراز دور التشخيص المالي في تقييم الأداء المالي من خلال دراسة إشكالية تتمحور حول ما دور التشخيص المالي في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسةالاقتصادية. إذ أنه بات من الواضح أن المؤسسات الاقتصادية معنية بمراعاة تفعيل وظائف التسيير واعتماد أدوات وتقنيات حديثة من أجل ضمان البقاء والاستمرار في محيط تنافسي وحاد، ولا يتحقق ذلك إلا بفحص وتشخيص المؤسسة بدراسة وتحليل وضعيتها المالية باستخدام مؤشرات التشخيص المالي.
في الجزء التطبيقي، تسعى دراستنا إلى تشخيص الوضعية المالية لمؤسسة "مطاحن الهضاب العليا" الكائن مقرها بولاية سطيف ومحاولة تقييم أدائها خلال الفترة 2019-2022. لهذا الغرض، تم إتباع منهجية وصفية والقيام بدراسة تحليلية باستخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات المالية على هذه الأخيرة بهدف تقييم أدائها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية تحسنا ملحوظا في المؤشرات المتعلقة بالهيكل المالي من سنة مالية لأخرى.
Summary:
Our study aims to highlight the role of financial diagnosis in evaluating financial performance by studying the problem ofthe Role of financial diagnosis on financial performance evaluation in the economic institution. It has become clear that economic institutions are concerned with activating management functions and adopting modern tools and techniques to ensure survival and continuity in a competitive and harsh environment, which can only be achieved by examining and diagnosing the institution through studying and analyzing its financial situation using financial diagnosis indicators.
In the practical part, our study seeks to diagnose the financial situation of “cicMoulin’s des hautsplateaux” located in the state of setif andattempt to evaluate its performance during the period 2019-2022. For this purpose, then follow a descriptive methodology and conduct an analytical study using a set of financial indicators on latter in order to evaluate its performance. The results of the analytical study showed a significant improvement in financial structure indicators from on fiscal years to another.
