ولتحقق أهداف الدراسة تم وضع مجموعة من الفرضيات، والتي تم اختبارها باستخدام دراسة حالة في مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا، سطيف. بمقابلة جميع المسؤولين المختصين في هذه الدراسة وبعد انتهاء هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج وكان أهمها أن للتدقيق الداخلي أهمية كبيرة في إدارة مخاطر المبيعات وفي تحسين أداء المؤسسة ككل، وكذلك حماية المؤسسة من كل المخاطر المحتملة.
Summary:
This study seeks to identify the role of internal audit in managing risks related to the sales cycle.And knowing the importance of internal audit in economic institutions.
To achieve the objectives of the study, a set of hypotheses were developed, which were tested using a case study at the Haute Plateau Mills Corporation, Setif. By interviewing all the competent officials in this study and after completing this study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which was that internal audit is of great importance in managing sales risks and improving the performance of the organization as a whole, as well as protecting the organization from all potential risks.
