| Titre : | دور الاتفاقية التجارية الجزائرية التونسية في فتح أسواق تصديرية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية : ش ذ م م آر قرافيك ناصر الدين SARL ART GRAPHIQUE NACEREDDINE (AGN) | | Type de document : | texte imprimé | | Auteurs : | أيت مقران كهينة, Auteur ; بوبعاية ذهبية ريمة, Directeur de thèse | | Editeur : | كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسير | | Année de publication : | 2024 | | Importance : | 131 | | Format : | نسخة إلكترونية | | ISBN/ISSN/EAN : | TH/M4715 | | Langues : | Arabe | | Résumé : | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الاتفاقيات التجارية، والتي تعتبرأداة رئيسية لتعزيز العلاقات التجارية والتعاون الاقتصادي، حيث تمثل الاتفاقية الثنائية التفضيلية بين الجزائر وتونس وسيلة تساهم في تقليل الحواجز التجارية وتسهيل حركة السلع والخدمات بين البلدين، ويمكن أن تحفز التنويع الاقتصادي، وإخراج الجزائر من اعتمادها على المداخيل النفطية.كما سلطت الدراسة الضوء على إمكانية دفع المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية إلى اقتحام الأسواق الدولية عن طريق التصدير، وبالأخص السوق التونسية التي تمثل فرصة تصديرية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائريةاعتمادا على مجموعة من البيانات التي توضح واقع التجارة بين الدولتين، وتم التوصل إلى أنه بالرغم من وجود اتفاقية تجارية تفضيلية بين البلدين إلى أنه لا تزال التجارة البينية دون مستوى، وهذا راجع إلى وجود القيود غير الجمركية كالإجراءات التنظيمية والبيروقراطيةالتي تواجه المؤسسة في استغلال الفرص المتاحة،لذا يجب متابعة وتقييم الاتفاقيات التجارية بانتظام لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة ومواجهة التحديات التي قد تظهر.
Abstract:
This research aims to study trade agreements, which are considered a primary tool for enhancing trade relations and economic cooperation between Algeria and Tunisia. It also serves as a means to reduce barriers and facilitate the movement of goods and services between the two countries, potentially stimulating economic diversification and reducing Algeria's reliance on oil revenues. The study highlights the possibility of encouraging Algerian economic institutions to enter international markets through exports, particularly focusing on the export-oriented approach of Algerian economic institutions based on a set of data that clarifies the reality of trade between the two countries. It was concluded that despite the existence of a preferential trade agreement, bilateral trade remains below the level of exploiting available opportunities. Therefore, regulatory and bureaucratic obstacles facing institutions in commercial transactions need to be addressed regularly to ensure the achievement of desired goals and to face emerging challenges.
