The study utilized interviews with employees in addition to a questionnaire distributed to customers. The questionnaire included elements of brand innovation such as visual identity and the functional benefits of the company, as well as dimensions of customer orientations. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed, and 194 of them were collected and deemed analyzable. SPSS software was used to analyze the results and test the hypotheses. The study concluded that there is a relationship between the functional benefits of brand innovation, in terms of visual identity and functional benefits, and customer orientations.
