Keywords : Financial structure, financing mix, financial analysis, private funds, debts. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الهيكل مالي في مؤسسة اقتصادية في فترة زمنية معينة، وذلك من خلال القيام بدراسة المزيج التمويلي للمؤسسة وتقييمه بالاعتماد على الميزانيات المالية وجداول حسابات النتائج للمؤسسة محل الدراسة، لما له من أهمية بالغة في مجال علوم التسيير وخاصة تخصص الإدارة المالية.
وفي بحثنا هذا تم إسقاط الدراسة الميدانية على مؤسسة القمح الذهبي الكائن مقرها بالمنطقة الصناعية العلمة خلال السنوات (2017-2021)، واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم من خلالها تحليل وتقييم مختلف القوائم المالية للمؤسسة وذلك باستعمال مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية وحساب والتعليق على مختلف التكاليف.
وقد توصلنا في دراستنا هذه إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تتميز بوضع مالي حيث أنها تحظى باستقلالية مالية ولها قابلية للسداد وتتصف بالتوازن المالي، إلا أن أبرز نتيجة وصلنا إليها كانت في طبيعة الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة، حيث وجدنا أنها تعتمد في جميع سنوات الدراسة على أموالها الدائمة أكثر من اعتمادها على الديون في تمويل أنشطتها.
Abstract :
This study was aimed at analysing the financial structure of an economic institution in a given period of time by examining and evaluating the organization's funding mix based on the financial budgets and results calculations of the institution under consideration, as it is of great importance in the field of management science, particularly the specialization of financial management.
In our research, the field study was dropped on the Golden Wheat Foundation based in the Industrial Science Zone during the years (2017-2021). In our study, we relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum, through which the various financial statements of the institution were analyzed and evaluated using financial balance indicators, financial ratios, calculation and commentary on various costs.
In this study, we have reached a series of conclusions, notably that the institution in question is characterized by a financial situation as it is financially independent, repayable and financially balanced. However, the most significant result we have been in the nature of the institution's financial structure, where we have found that in all years of study it relies more on its permanent funds than on debt to finance its activities.
