وفي هذا الإطار تم تسليط الضوء على مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا سطيف لمعرفة أثر التمكين على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري، من خلال الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والذي وزع على عينة الدراسة، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS وتم الاعتماد أيضا على المقابلة كأداة داعمة للاستبيان، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود تأثير إيجابي قوي للتمكين على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري.
Abstract:
This study aims to identify the theoretical concepts related to the concepts of administrative creativity and empowerment with the main dimensions of delegation of authority, training, motivation, teamwork, and their impact on administrative creativity.
In this context, the mills of the upper plateaus of Setif, was shed light on the impact of empowerment on achieving administrative creativity by relying on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was distributed to the study sample, and the statistical processing of the data was done using the SPSS program, and the interview was also adopted as a supportive tool for the questionnaire. To several results, the most important of which is the presence of a strong empowerment effect on achieving administrative creativity
