Keywords: non-performing loans, financial performance, banks, CPABank. | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير القروض المتعثرة على الأداء المالي في بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري "CPA" سنة 2023. باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل للعينة، حيث بلغ عددهم 40 مفردة.واعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الإستقصائي وذلك باستعمال الإستبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين، حيث قُسمت الدراسة إلى جانب منهجي وجانب تطبيقي الذي تم فيه التحقق من صحة الفرضيات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للقروض المتعثرة على الأداء المالي للبنك محل الدراسة ويرجع سبب هذا التأثير إلى سياسات الإقراض، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أسباب تعثر القروض وأساليب معالجتها لا يؤثران في الأداء المالي للبنك محل الدراسة.
Abstract:
The study aims to find out the extent of The Impact of Non-Performing Loans onThe Financial Performance ofThe Algerian People's Credit Bank"CPA" in 2023, using the method of comprehensive enumeration of the sample, as they numbered 40 individuals. In the study, we relied onthe survey method, by using a questionnaire to collect data from the respondents, where the study was divided into a methodological side and an applied side, in which the validity of the hypotheses was verified.
