ABSTRACT : The study aims to indicate the impact of the impact of social responsibility for the human resource by focusing on giving concepts of social responsibility and the performance of human resouces, at the University of Farhat Abbas, depending on the questionnaire, to collect the scientific article and the results were analyzed using, where the study reached a total of the most important results : There is a statistically significant impact of social responsibility for the performance of the human resource.
