Keywords: Social Responsibility, Human Capital, Investing In Human Capital, Economic Companies. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اثر تطبيق ابعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الاستثمار في الرأس مال البشري وهذا بالتطبيق على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بولاية سطيف (مؤسسة سونلغاز، مؤسسةBCR ، مؤسسةADH PROTECLEANS )،. كما تطرقت إلى أهم البرامج الاجتماعية التي تقدمها المؤسسات اتجاه مواردها البشرية كمسؤولية اجتماعية، ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم اجراء دراسة ميدانية على المؤسسات السابقة الذكر باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وتم توزيع 80 استبانة واسترجاع 78 صالحة لتحليل النتائج واستبعاد 2 لعدم تناسبها مع شروط القبول. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما تم الاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS نسخة 19 في تحليل النتائج.
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج اهمها أن اهتمام المؤسسات محل الدراسة بتبني وتطبيق برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية اتجاه مواردها البشرية هو بمثابة استثمار في رأس مالها البشري، كما ان أغلــب البــرامج المستعملة من اجل الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري فــي إطــار التــزام المؤسسات بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تنــدرج في دورات التدريب والتطوير، بالإضافة الى تأكيد العلاقة بين المتغيرين.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the application impact of social responsibility effects on the investment of human capital by check a samples of Algerian economic companies employees in setif province ( Sonelgaz company, BCR, ADH protecleans), and the study also highlights on the main social programs that the companies given to their own human resources as a social responsibility, we try to get an empirical study about these last companies in order to achieve the goals of the inquiry, by using questionnaire -forms- as a tool of study, in this context there have been an eighty -80- forms distributed, 78 ones has been recovered that is valid to analysis, and 2 forms are not valid according to forms conditions. The dissertation adopts the descriptive method and the statistical application SPSS (19th version) as well in order to analysis the result.
One of the main outputs of this study is that The interesting of the companies by integrating their employees in social responsibility programs toward human resources is a conviction would to say that this factor is an investment of human capital.
