Keywords: financial technology, Islamic crowdfunding platforms, ethis platform, Malaysia | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعريف بمنصات التمويل الجماعي عامة ومنصات التمويل الجماعي الاسلامية خاصة ودورها في تعزيز التمويل في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمؤسسات الناشئة ، وتوضيح الية الربط بين التكنولوجيا المالية والتمويل الجماعي وفق أحكام الشريعة الاسلامية ، كما تم التعرف على واقع منصات التمويل الجماعي الاسلامية في ماليزيا ، ودراسة منصة Ethis كأحد أهم المنصات التمويلية المتوافقة مع مبادئ الشريعة الاسلامية في ماليزيا وتبيان الدول الذي تلعبه في تمويل المشاريع الاقتصادية مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عند عرض التأصيل النظري للتمويل الجماعي الاسلامي في دولة ماليزيا بحيث تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور منصات التمويل الجماعي الاسلامية في دعم و تمويل المشاريع الاقتصادية.
Abstract
This study aims to introduce crowdfunding platforms in general and islamic crowdfunding platforms in particular and their role in promoting in small and medium enterprises and emerging enterpriser. and the clarification of the mechanism of linking financial technology and crowdfunding accordance with the provisions of Islamic sharia, and the reality of Islamic crowdfunding platforms in Malaysia was also identified, and the Ethis platform was studied as one of the most important financing platforms compatible with the principles of Islamic sharia in Malaysia, and the countries that play it in financing economic projects were identified using it. the analytical descriptive approach when presenting the theoretical rooting of Islamic crowdfunding in the state of Malaysia, so that this study amis to know the role of Islamic crowdfunding platforms in supporting and financing economic projects.
