من خلال تحليل القوائم المالية الخاصة بالمؤسسة باستخدام مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب والمالية، وأيضا قياس كل من الرافعة المالية وقيمة المؤسسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعتمد بشكل كبير على الديون، وهذا يوضح التأثير السلبي للهيكل المالي على قيمة مؤسسة (BCR).

This study aims to try to identify the relationship of the financial structure to the value of the economic institution, and we relied on a case study of the National Corporation (BCR) during the years (2019-2021)..
