Résumé : جاءت هذه الدراسة لبحث مختلف الفرص والتحديات التي تواجه الجزائر في إطار منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية تحت عنوان " آثار انضمام الجزائر إلى منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية لإفريقيا على الاقتصاد الجزائري" مع إبراز العلاقات التجارية و الإقتصادية بين الدول الإفريقية و الجزائر وللإستفادة من الموقع الجغرافي المميز للجزائر ولقارة إفريقيا ككل في زيادة حجم التجارة البينية والدخول في الأسواق العالمية ، مع إعطاء نظرة شاملة حول المناطق الحرة بصفة عامة. أفرزت هذه الدراسة عن عدة نتائج كان أهمها : أن تحقيق فعالية الاتفاقية يتطلب تطوير البنية التحتية والقدرة الصناعية وإلغاء الحواجز التعريفية وغير التعريفية من خلال خطط تحرير التجارة وبناء أنظمة فعالة لمراقبة ضريبة القيمة المضافة وخلق رأس المال البشري خاصة مع العدد السكاني الهائل في القارة ، وكشفت الدراسة أن منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية يمكن أن توفر فرص كبيرة للجزائر لتعزيز صادراتها خارج المحروقات مع الدول الافريقية من خلال تكثيف الروابط اللوجستية المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية مع القارة الافريقية مثل تطوير الموانئ شق الطريق العابر للصحراء، فتح المعابر الحدودية ...الخ Summary: This study came to discuss the various opportunities and challenges facing Algeria within the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Area under the title "The Effects of Algeria's Accession to the African Continental Free Trade Area on the Algerian Economy" with the highlighting of the trade and economic relations between African countries and Algeria and to take advantage of the distinguished geographical location Algeria and the African continent as a whole in increasing the volume of intra-trade and entering into global markets, while giving a comprehensive view on free zones in general. This study yielded several results, the most important of which were: Achieving the effectiveness of the agreement requires developing infrastructure and industrial capacity, eliminating tariff and non-tariff barriers through trade liberalization plans, building effective systems to control value-added tax, and creating human capital, especially with the huge population in the continent.
