Résumé : يؤدي التدقيق الداخلي دورا هاما في توفير المعلومات وتوجيه المسيرين بغرض الالتزام بالسياسات والاستراتيجيات، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة البحث والتي ركزت على إبراز دور مخرجات التدقيق الداخلي في مساعدة ومرافقة الإدارة العليا للمؤسسة من أجل إتخاذ القرار السليم والمناسب . وقد كان البحث عبارة عن دراسة حالة لفرع حبوب الهضاب العليا سطيف بحيث تم أخذ عينة من القرارات الإستراتيجية التسويقية لدى المؤسسة وتحليلها ومحاولة إبراز دور مخرجات التدقيق التشغيلي في التوصل إلى هذا القرار التسويقي الاستراتيجي المتعلق أساسا بالمنتج. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن التدقيق الداخلي لا يركز على الجانب المالي والمحاسبي فقط بل يتجاوزه الى تدقيق العمليات الوظيفية، كما ان تقارير التدقيق الداخلي ( مخرجاته) تكتسي أهمية كبيرة في إتخاذ القرار كونها تحتوي على معلومات محينة ودقيقة تساعد على إتخاذ القرار المناسب في الوقت المناسب كما توصلت ايضا الى إن مؤسسة فرع حبوب الهضاب العليا سطيف تولي أهمية كبيرة لتوصيات وملاحظات واقتراحات التدقيق الداخلي. Study summary: Internal audit plays an important role in providing information and guiding managers in order to adhere to policies and strategies, and from here came the idea of the research, which focused on highlighting the role of internal audit outputs in assisting and accompanying the organization’s senior management from in order to make the right and appropriate decision. The research was a case study of the Highlands Cereal Branch, Setif, where a sample of the organization's strategic marketing decisions was taken and analyzed, and an attempt was made to highlight the role of the operational audit outputs in reaching this strategic marketing decision related to mainly by product. The study concluded many observations, the most important of which are; The internal audit does not focus on the financial and accounting side only, but goes beyond it to the audit of functional operations. Internal audit reports (its outputs) are of great importance in decision-making, as they contain updated and accurate information that helps to take the right decision at the right time. The institution of the Upper Plateaus Seif branch institution attaches great importance to the recommendations, observations and suggestions of the internal audit.
